He then obtained an engineering degree in Polymers & Composites from ISPA - Mines de Douai, studying from 2013 to 2016. Before joining Faurecia, Ahmed Slama worked at Hutchinson in 2014 as a Quality Checker and Designer for one month in Sougé-le-Ganelon, France. His experience in quality assurance and design provided him with a solid foundation in the automotive industry. Since starting at Faurecia, he has managed international collaborations across multiple countries, including China, India, France, Spain, the USA, Poland, Italy, and Turkey, focusing on automotive projects.

In his role at Faurecia, Ahmed Slama has led the injection moulds project for several notable automotive models, including the FORD Fiesta 2017, FORD Transit 2018, Renault ZOE 2019, and VOLVO Truck 2020. His responsibilities include validating tool trials from the end of milling to the beginning of serial production, ensuring that all tools are ready for manufacturing.
