He also oversaw client engagement for the SEC Securities-Based Swap Dealer (SBSD) Programme in 2021 and played a key role in the MiFID II Programme as a Senior Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst from October 2016 to January 2018.

Adam contributed to the design and build of a swap portfolio compression solution for a FinTech start-up, serving as Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst from October 2015 to July 2016.
