Which naturally led me to an interest in recruiting and people ops. I'm so fortunate to have been part of First Round Capital's first Recruiter Track cohort and now I get to hone those skills even further as part of the First Round talent team. In the past, I have worked for remote-first companies like Buffer, where I interacted with customers and community members to build strong relationships and assist them with advice and support. I’ve also worked in database management and in the non-profit space. All of my past and current roles in managing operations and consulting with different organizations have helped me hone my people skills. Some of which come naturally - I am from a family of teachers who showed me the fun of relationship-building from a young age! :) A few tidbits about me, karaoke is one of my favorite activities and I’ve never met a senior dog I didn’t love.
