Serving as general counsel earlier in my career, I prepared a $3 billion government contractor for the rigors of becoming a publicly traded company and led them through the IPO. More recently, I launched, built, and led a unique accelerator to support Virginia's underrepresented pre-seed startups and helped them raise $70M+ in private capital in five years. Presently, I serve as an executive consultant to early-stage, high-growth companies, an advisor to two early-stage businesses, and as Board Director for the largest YMCA organization in Virginia.
