Harbor Health Services offers a range of medical, behavioral health, dental, and support services to more than 30,000 patients across Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. These services are provided through five community health centers. Additionally, Harbor Health Services operates two Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) which cater to over 450 participants.
Community Health Centers
Harbor Health Services operates five community health centers, providing essential medical and dental services. These centers contribute significantly to the accessibility of healthcare in the communities of Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
Harbor Health Services runs two PACE programs. These programs support over 450 participants, providing comprehensive care and support designed to assist elderly individuals in maintaining their independence while managing their health needs. PACE programs integrate medical, social, and therapeutic services.
WIC Program
Harbor Health Services administers a WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program, which annually serves over 3,000 women and children. The WIC program provides nutritional education, healthy food vouchers, and health screenings to ensure that young families receive the support they need for a healthy start.

Harbor Health Services has been acknowledged as an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home since 2011. In 2023, the organization received the Health Center Quality Leader Silver Badge and the Advancing Health IT for Quality Badge, underscoring their commitment to quality care and technological advancement. They are also designated as a National Health Service Corps site and a Federally Qualified Health Center under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
