Walter Valery has a robust educational background in minerals processing and management. He earned a PhD in Minerals Processing - Comminution from The University of Queensland from 1993 to 1996. He also holds a Master of Engineering Science (M. Eng. Sc) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng) in Mining and Minerals Processing from Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, he completed various business programs at IMD, including a Business Programs certification in 2009 and an Executive Development Program in 2013.
