Anders Højbøge Mosegaard currently serves as the Customer Success Team Lead for the Nordics at Heimdal Security, a position he has held since 2022. In this role, he leads the Customer Success Team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention across the Nordic region. His responsibilities include implementing customer success strategies that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the Nordic market. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Customer Success Manager at Heimdal from 2021 to 2022.
Previous Experience
Before joining Heimdal, Anders worked at Verisure as a Sikkerhedskonsulent for five months in 2020. He also gained experience as a Badminton Instruktør at DGI from 2014 to 2016. His earlier roles include a marketing internship at Saxis in 2018 and an international sales internship at FDB Møbler from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he worked as a promoter for Promoters from 2015 to 2017 and was involved in preparing rental cars at Bilernes Hus from 2011 to 2013.
Education and Expertise
Anders holds a PBA in International Handel og Markedsføring from Copenhagen Business Academy, which he completed from 2018 to 2020. He also earned a Markedsføringsøkonom degree from the same institution between 2016 and 2018. Earlier, he studied Finans at Silkeborg Business College, achieving an HHX from 2012 to 2014, and completed his HG in Business at the same college from 2010 to 2012. His educational background provides him with a strong foundation in international trade and marketing.
