Achievements, Complete redesign and implementation of a training assurance system with in a training establishment, that Improved OFSTED assurance compliance to over 80%. After comprehensive gap analysis of the HM Armed forces training of adolescents, training was then design and rolled out to all trainers within the Army's initial training centers.
