Sebastian Braun holds a Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Ing.) degree in Energy Economics and Operations Research from the Technical University of Munich, which he completed from 2014 to 2019. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2014. Earlier, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2014, following a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from KIT, completed in 2012.

Sebastian Braun has a diverse background in the energy sector, having worked at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in various roles, including Asset Portfolio Manager and in Research and Development. He also held a Ph.D. Project Short Term Position Management role at EnBW from 2014 to 2016. His experience extends to internships in risk management and concentrated solar power projects, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of energy markets.
