Her experience also includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at ProGlove for two years in the Munich area, and an HR Intern position at InterNations for six months.

Tanja's educational journey includes multiple degrees and certifications. She studied at San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from 2006 to 2008. She then attended Deggendorf Institute of Technology, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, she studied Gerencia Internacional at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for one year in 2014-2015. Tanja also completed her Abitur at Studienkolleg am Comenius Kolleg in 2013.
