Tanja Elaine Andreh serves as the Talent Lead for Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands at IDEO since 2022. Additionally, she served as a People Success Advisor at Unit4 for 11 months in 2021 and held the position of HR Advisor at Dott for four months in 2021.
Educational Background
Tanja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, which she completed from 2013 to 2017. She also studied Gerencia Internacional at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for one year from 2014 to 2015. Her earlier education includes a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila, completed from 2006 to 2008, and an Abitur from Studienkolleg am Comenius Kolleg in 2013.
