I'm a game industry professional with 15 years management experience in executive leadership roles and a proven and successful track record, who combines strategic thinking and leadership skills. I joined the games industry in 2005 and since then I've built up a strong network of friends and business partners all over the globe. From creation and development to localization, marketing and publishing, I was part of every step of the way. I'm proud to be a part of Imperia Online and to have the opportunity to help shape the future of the company. By excellent interpersonal communication, I raised a team of nine to a million dollar company. My work at Imperia Online made me excellent in launching strategies, planning P&L, business development, tracking key metrics and creating awesome UX. I have proven negotiation skills in product acquisitions, publishing deals, outsource development, IP license and hiring employees. I love games and always did. Playing, analyzing, and improving them is my passion. Being part of the games industry - couldn't ask for more! Passion, Curiosity and Thinking outside the box are what make me who I am.
