Jennifer Mallory is a rare breed of leader, trusted by clients and competitors alike. As an avid student of biohacking, Jennifer combines traditional productivity techniques with the latest discoveries in human potential research to help entrepreneurs create profitable businesses aligned with their core values. A food and craft cocktail enthusiast and lover of the unconventional, she lives with her husband and 4 kids in a house rumored to have been an exhibit in the 1964 World’s Fair. More about Jennifer: In February 2018, after six years of leading a highly profitable Keller Williams office in suburban New York City, Jennifer left management to pursue a full time coaching and consulting career. In January 2019, she founded New Tea Coaching and Consulting, helping professionals design profitable businesses and dream lifestyles. Jennifer believes that life and business are interconnected, so she incorporates techniques from the study of human development into traditional productivity coaching. Of particular interest to her are finding unique solutions to the challenges facing female business professionals. She founded the Society of Ingenious Women to connect and explore innovation with other forward thinking female leaders. In the fall of 2020, she will earn the prestigious Human Potential Coach certification from the Human Potential Institute. Jennifer joined Keller Williams Hudson Valley Realty as a founding member in October 2006. A top producer, Jennifer served on the Agent Leadership Council 2008 through 2010, and chaired the Technology, Marketing and Education Committees. In April 2012, she assumed the Team Leader role. In addition to running the largest real estate office in Rockland County, Jennifer served on boards for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service from 2012 to 2018. During her tenure, she served on the Rules Committee, the Leadership Committee and Professional Standards Committee, and served as co-Chair of the Education committee and Young Professionals Network. A long-time Rockland County resident, Jennifer is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Rockland and remains active on the Selection and Alumni Committees. She is President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Rockland.
