Shannon Anglin serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Inspire Brands since 2021. Anglin has responsibilities that include overseeing HR mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration among over 650,000 corporate and franchise team members across nearly 32,000 locations in more than 60 countries.

Prior to her current position, Shannon Anglin held various senior roles in human resources. She was the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Petco Animal Supplies from 2019 to 2021. Before that, she served as Vice President of Total Rewards at Pilot Flying J from 2015 to 2019. Anglin also worked at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as Senior Director of Executive Compensation from 2010 to 2012, and at SUPERVALU as Vice President of Compensation from 2012 to 2015.

Shannon Anglin has a strong educational background in law and taxation. She earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Tulane University Law School from 1996 to 1998. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Western Carolina University, which she completed from 1988 to 1992.
