Her career began at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, where she was a Management Trainee in 2013 and an HR Intern in 2012. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.

Surabhi Singhal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University, where she studied from 2002 to 2006. She also earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, completing her studies from 2011 to 2013.
