Prior to that, she was employed at QinetiQ North America as a Senior Technical Writer for the CBP from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, she served as a Principal Technical Writer/Editor at JPI from 2017 to 2018, also within the CBP framework. This diverse experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge in technical writing and documentation management.

Alisa Parker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland. Her educational background provides a strong foundation for her work in technical writing and editing.
