In his career, Faiaz Halim has contributed to several significant DevOps projects and initiatives. He developed and managed highly available Kubernetes clusters using kOps in AWS and implemented GitOps, infrastructure as code, and end-to-end observability for fintech and ecommerce platforms. Faiaz has also migrated monolithic applications to microservices architecture using EKS and kOps clusters in AWS. Moreover, he conducted disaster and worst-case scenario drills and documented overall situation readiness, as well as served as an escalation contact point for the SRE team, dealing with different severity-level issues within SLA periods.
