About Allison Winstel
I am a problem-solver, a connector, and a leader. I have experience guiding public, private, and nonprofit clients in growing and transforming their organizations. I thrive in team-based environments and adapt quickly to new situations and content areas. Through serving higher education, healthcare, public sector, and financial services clients, I have developed strong skillsets across strategy development, process improvement, project management, data analytics, and relationship management. In and outside of work, I invest heavily in developing the leaders of the future through designing and facilitating leadership / personal development programs and mentoring peers and students. As an aspiring changemaker, I am passionate about bringing cross-sector expertise and dialogue to the social impact space and exploring how both innovative and longstanding practices can drive more sustainable social change. I continually seek to understand how public, private, and nonprofit actors can better align towards building successful and equitable communities.
