At Navigate360, he implemented a self-funded insurance model with stop-loss coverage, which reduced costs for both employees and the company. He also played a key role in leading talent integrations for seven acquisitions, showcasing his ability to manage complex organizational changes. Under his leadership, Navigate360 was recognized as one of the NorthCoast99 Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio for three consecutive years.
