Eric Kohorn began his property management career in 2006 as an on-site manager at a large active adult community. Over time, he advanced to the position of Regional Director at FirstService Residential, where he was responsible for ensuring quality service to over 30 communities. In this role, he oversaw seven community managers and more than 20 support staff. His experience includes managing a variety of communities, such as active adult, high-rise, resort, and single-family home communities.
