A seasoned strategist, innovator, thinker, and visionary with over 20 years of proven corporate and independent entrepreneurial experience and strong VC connections in Europe and the UK. Former Board Member and Chief Innovation Officer in the largest investment company in Eastern Europe, which manages assets and producers of microelectronics, networks, and communications. At the beginning of my journey, I started out as a founder of an agency which provided marketing and development of digital platforms for the largest international companies. My talents include leadership, strategies, marketing, business setup, scaleup, and development. In detail: • In my late twenties, I built a digital marketing business from scratch and made it profitable with an annual turnover of $2 million. • A couple of years ago, I grew an existing creative business by 3x. It reached an annual turnover of more than $15 million in just one year. • I have experience building a highly professional and effective team and managing a portfolio of R&D products, engineering teams, and companies with a $195 million contract portfolio. • I launched and developed a product and managed a team in three countries in the travel tech industry through some tough challenges. The first year started with Covid, and the third with a military conflict in Eastern Europe. • Finally, and probably the most important thing, I learned how to fail twice with other startups in the meantime and use that experience in my future endeavors. My main interests lie in AI, hardware and software products and platforms, digital business, luxury, and creative industries. Beyond my primary business pursuits, I am the author of various publications that explore the management of remote and diverse teams, strategies for personal development and growth, how the development of modern technologies such as AI will be reflected in changes in society and the economy, and the concept of State-as-a-Service, the Virtual State, and the Network State.
