James Liu's Role at Oncocyte Corporation
James Liu joined Oncocyte Corporation in July 2021. Initially, he served as the Manager of Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting & Compliance from July 2021 to July 2022. Following this role, he was appointed interim Controller from July 2022 to September 2022. Subsequently, he took on the position of Controller & Principal Accounting Officer from July 2022 to August 2023. In August 2023, Liu was appointed to the additional role of interim Principal Financial Officer.
