Simon's mission is to unlock growth and value for businesses with enterprise values of $250 million to $2.5 billion or more, by partnering with management teams and leveraging his expertise in digital transformation, operational improvement, and market consolidation. He has successfully originated and co-led the buyouts of Essential Pharma, Noden Pharma, Qinecsa Solutions, and Laboratoire XO, among others, and has served as a board member or observer for several portfolio companies. Simon holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MA and a scholarship from Oxford University, and was a GB Olympic oarsman in Athens in 2004.
