Chai Seng Pua began his career as a Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1999 to 2001. He then transitioned to Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific, where he worked as a Business Process and Capabilities Manager for eight years, from 2002 to 2010. Following this, he joined Polycom Asia Pacific as a Sales Operation Specialist, serving from 2010 until 2016 before moving to his current position at Poly.
