I am co-founder & CEO of ChargeUp.ai, a startup that automates deductions and chargeback disputes for global brands. We are funded by top VCs and angels with deep supply chain and retail expertise, and our AI platform is trusted by some of the world's largest CPG, home goods, home furnishings and consumer electronics brands. Previously, my AI team at Amazon built the voice feedback systems behind Alexa's AI, including several patented customer experiences and algorithms. I have deep retail expertise from Amazon and Wayfair (leading $250mm P&L's in search advertising supply) as well as startups I have founded and led. I started my career as a corporate attorney in Silicon Valley with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. I am also a board member for a nonprofit in Washington DC focused on health equity.
