Quadric.io offers a general-purpose neural processing unit called Chimera. This unit is optimized for on-device artificial intelligence computing. The Chimera GPNPU simplifies system-on-chip (SoC) hardware design and software programming by handling matrix and vector operations, as well as scalar (control) code, within a single execution pipeline. It supports all types of machine learning networks, including classical backbones, vision transformers, and large language models.
Licensable Processor Capabilities
Quadric.io provides a licensable processor that scales from 1 to 16 Tera Operations Per Second (TOPs). This processor can run various machine learning networks, making it suitable for diverse AI applications. The Chimera GPNPU is delivered in synthesizable source RTL form, blending features of neural processing units (NPUs) and digital signal processors (DSPs).
