Additionally, he has participated in i-Corps, which supports entrepreneurial development in technology.

Before his current role, Aykut Dengi worked at Cadence Design Systems as an Engineering Director from 2004 to 2007. He also held various positions at Arizona State University, including Director of the Internet of Things Collaboratory and Research Associate Professor from 2015 to 2018, and Associate Professor for a brief period in 2005-2006.
