His earlier experience includes a role at EY as a Senior IT Support and Network Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, he served as the Head of Training, Logistics, and Human Resources at Private Sector Security from 2012 to 2014. These positions have provided him with a diverse background in operations and IT management.

Shalom Katzen studied at the Computer Training Institute (CTI), where he earned an International Diploma in IT Engineering, endorsed by the University of Cambridge, from 2006 to 2007.
