He also earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Development from The Open University from 2014 to 2016, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Development from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Mathematics from the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2002, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy from the same institution from 2002 to 2003.

Andrew has actively contributed to the Agile community by speaking at major conferences, including Agile 18 in Helsinki and the Continuous Delivery and Agile Summit in London. He is passionate about continuous improvement and regularly delivers training in Scrum, Kanban, and Certified SAFe courses, both in private and public settings.
