Scripps Health operates more than 70 locations, including hospitals, doctors' offices, walk-in clinics, and specialty centers across San Diego County. It also offers 24-hour urgent care services in La Jolla, as well as care at four receiving center emergency rooms specifically for STEMI heart attacks. The comprehensive primary care network includes family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric care.

Treatments and surgeries are available for the elbow, wrist, hand, foot, ankle, hip, knee, shoulder, and spine. The Shiley Center for Orthopaedic Research and Education (SCORE) at Scripps Health develops artificial cartilage and tests new devices and surgical techniques.
