His earlier experience includes six years at Henry Ford Health System, where he completed his residency and fellowship. Randolph’s career has been marked by his contributions to the startup of Sera Prognostics, where he played a key role in planning strategies that positioned the organization as a leader in the diagnostic field.

He has co-authored four publications for the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM) and the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI).
