Prior to her current roles, Elsa Martineau worked at Procter & Gamble as Chargée de projet from 2010 to 2011. She also held a project management position at Rolex SA for 11 months in 2012. Her experience at Sia Partners began in 2012, where she progressed through various roles, including Consultant and Manager of Marketing & Customer Experience, before becoming the Head of Studio for the startup investment fund in 2017.
