He also served in Corporate Strategy at Grab from 2018 to 2019. Prior to these roles, he was a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2017 and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2014. Additionally, he worked as an Operations Officer at the Singapore Police Force from 2009 to 2010 and as a Strategist at the Prime Minister's Office in 2012.

Mohandass Kalaichelvan has a strong educational background. He studied at Dartmouth College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Government from 2011 to 2015.
