Current Title and Role
Zineb Skarabi currently holds the role of Integration Tester and SPOC Tester on the Nespresso Project at SQLI. Operating in the Rabat Metropolitan Area, Zineb is responsible for ensuring accurate testing and smooth integration of new features into the Nespresso system. Her duties include acting as the single point of contact for testing new features, preparing demos, and presenting new functionalities to various markets.
Previous Roles and Experience
Before her current role, Zineb Skarabi worked at SQLI as an NRT Tester and Test ERP and Acceptance for the Nespresso Project from 2020 to 2021 in Rabat Prefecture, Morocco. She has also held positions at Atos as an Ingénieure Test in Casablanca Prefecture, Morocco, and at Sage as an IT Support Technician L1 in Paris Atrium, France. Zineb's experience extends to several other roles such as Full Stack Web Developer, Content Web Writer, Front-End Web Developer, and IT Project Intern in various organizations across Morocco and France.
Educational Background
Zineb Skarabi completed her Master's degree in the Management of Information System from ISSI - TECHNOLOGIA in 2018. Prior to that, she achieved a BAC +4 in Computer Software Engineering from Ecole Supérieure Vinci between 2015 and 2017. Zineb also holds a Computer Technician qualification from the Specialized Institute Of Applied Technology NTIC, where she studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 2013 to 2015. Her foundational education includes a Baccalaureate in Chemical Physics from École Groupe Scolaire Al Mouwatana and elementary and middle school education at Maahad Assabah.
Responsibilities in the Nespresso Project
In her role on the Nespresso Project, Zineb Skarabi has been deeply involved in scripting the expression of needs and functional specifications. She has overseen the testing stages, ensured proper delivery of the product to the customer, and provided post-implementation support to various markets. Zineb conducts knowledge transfer sessions for new recruits and holds handover meetings with Business Analysts and Project Managers. She utilizes a Kanban board to prioritize features for each release and acts as the SPOC for new features.
