About Stephen Kirby
Prior to joining Stratus, Stephen was a Partner and lead the EMEA Data Centre Advisory team at Cushman and Wakefield. Stephen has spent 18 years specialising in the EMEA Data Centre real estate sector, providing investment acquisition and disposal advice for institutional and private investors, to include Shell & Core, Fully Fitted and Colocation Data Centre specifications. In his previous role with Cushman & Wakefield, Stephen also oversaw the Data Centre valuation workstream for the EMEA region. He specialised in all aspects of Red Book Valuations with a track record of reoccurring portfolio, accounts valuations and provision of loan security valuations. He also provided Data Centre lease advisory services including rent review, lease renewal and expert witness advice alongside Data Centre site selection and development advice. Stephen also has over 18 years’ experience in the UK real estate market. This experience includes a variety of real estate asset types to primarily include office, retail and industrial sectors. Stephen holds a MSc in Commercial Property Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
