Services
Student Energy offers a comprehensive range of services aimed at engaging youth in the energy sector. These include the Guided Projects program, which provides tools, coaching, and funding for clean energy project development. The Career Training Program equips young people with skills necessary for internships or entry-level roles in the energy sector. Additionally, the Solutions Movement aims to fund and support the launch of 10,000 youth-led clean energy projects globally by 2030. Their Youth Impact Framework allows young people to measure and communicate the impacts of their work with government and industry leaders.
Global Reach
Student Energy operates a global network of 50,000 young individuals from over 120 countries. The organization hosts over 40 student-led Chapters worldwide. Its Global Youth Energy Outlook project engages more than 40,000 young people to gather perspectives on the energy transition. Their flagship event, the International Student Energy Summit, is the largest student-led energy conference in the world, highlighting their extensive global engagement.
Educational Tools and Resources
Student Energy provides a variety of educational tools and resources. The Energy System Map is an interactive tool designed as an entry point for learning about the world’s current energy system. Their programs ecosystem offers multiple pathways for young people to gain foundational energy system education and connect with a global community of peers and mentors. The Education focus is further supported by the Alums Network, which connects alumni of its programs to explore local and international opportunities.

Student Energy collaborates with governments, companies, and organizations to facilitate youth engagement and mobilize resources for youth-led energy solutions. Collaborations include partnerships with various levels of government, industry leaders, and non-profit organizations. Special Programs and Summits
Student Energy organizes specialized programs and summits to target specific demographics within the youth community. The SevenGen Indigenous Youth Energy Summit unites over 200 Indigenous youth across Canada to discuss and develop energy solutions. Additionally, the Energy Transition Skills Project focuses on addressing the global skills gap and workforce needs by investing in young people. These specialized programs and summits are integral components of Student Energy's mission to mobilize youth in the energy sector.
