Additionally, the organization offers an Adult Apprenticeship program, providing a scalable talent solution for employers while removing barriers for individuals entering the tech workforce. These programs are aimed at building a robust pipeline of tech professionals in Indiana.

Leadership Academy

The initiative also advances equity in tech by connecting African American residents to high-wage tech careers and provides Education Readiness Grants to help Indiana secondary schools prepare students for tech careers.
