About Amy Jackson
Amy Jackson is the CEO and co-founder of Statera. She is a health tech entrepreneur, Techstars mentor in residence, and experienced executive leader with a background in organizational behavior and design, change management, in-house consulting, medical informatics, process improvement, and analytics. Easily transitions between C-suite executives, physicians, nurses, and operational staff to facilitate progress and promote change. After graduating from Brandeis with a focus on Spanish poetry, Amy (naturally) continued her studies with a masters program in Medical Informatics from Northwestern, with a focus on change management in healthcare technology. Amy went on to attend Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program during her time at Mass General Brigham, and was an inaugural member of Harvard’s Emerging Women Executives in Healthcare program. She was inspired to build Statera after experiencing first-hand the need to bring transparency, predictability and trust to clinician performance and compensation. When she isn’t busy building her own company, you can find her training for her next marathon on the Charles River and working closely with female founders in early stage/venture technology.
