Successfully led business turn-around journeys across multiple industries, transforming legacy organizations to digital enterprises, leading high-performance teams and creating long-term value. Having started my career as a tech entrepreneur, have built & successfully exited two product companies. I am bullish about leveraging technology as a business enabler, competitive advantage & revenue generator. At GEMS Education, currently leading the Technology Disruption Journey across group entities with the mandate of “Preparing the Organization for the future”; identifying technology & trends that could alter business / industry landscape while driving transformative initiatives to enhance business agility, efficiency & customer experience. Our transformation journey has resulted in significant efficiency increases, customer experience enhancements, cost optimization, standardization, technology consolidation, control improvements & secured data. Additionally as co-founder/ CEO; currently leading an exciting start-up called TMRW, that is poised to become the global SAAS player in the coming years. We have developed our own Technology IP worth more than half a billion dollars - an advanced platform / Super App dubbed LearnOS that serves end-to-end education needs of multi curricula / region / language & methods of learning. As an AI Enthusiast, spearheading futuristic initiatives, such as AI Neural Engine (Patent Pending) Advanced Profiling (LEAP) using Deep-tech & DNA analysis, AI powered digital avatars, virtual school, personalized learning pathways, XR lesson delivery & blockchain based digital /micro credentialing.
