Before joining The Leadership Circle, Adelle Richards worked in the finance sector. She served as a Tax Manager at KPMG from 1998 to 2003 and at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2008. Her background also includes experience with the State Government, where she developed a strong understanding of macro and micro operational systems. This diverse experience has equipped her with the skills necessary to transition from strategic planning to effective execution.
