Education and Expertise

Monica Callon has a diverse educational background. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Anthropology from The University of British Columbia from 1977 to 1980. She studied International Relations at Aix-Marseille University for one year in 1984-1985. Additionally, she completed the Advanced Corporate Coaching Program at Corporate Coach-U from 2009 to 2011 and the Alchemy: The Art and Science of Co-facilitation program at CRR Global in 2018. She also studied Systemic Team Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching & Renewal Associates from 2019 to 2021.

Monica Callon has a background in journalism, having worked as a Radio Journalist at CBC in Ontario, Canada, from 1981 to 1983. She has transitioned from journalism to leadership coaching and facilitation, focusing on developing high-trust, high-collaboration teams. She co-founded the Leadership Imperative Institute in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 2021.
