She also held the position of Executive Creative Director at HelloSociety, another New York Times Company, in 2019. Additionally, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at Walton Isaacson from 2015 to 2016 and worked as Group Creative Director at The Walt Disney Company from 2017 to 2019.

Vida M Cornelious holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Hampton University, where she studied from 1988 to 1992. She furthered her education with a Master of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing her studies from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, she received Advanced Management Training in Creative Direction from VCU Brandcenter in 2001.
