Before her current position, Alicia Yanik held several roles in agile coaching and delivery. She worked at Wells Fargo as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach/Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, she served as an Independent Consultant & Agile Coach at CrewGuru from 2018 to 2019 and at Comcast from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, she was the Co-Founder of Ohos from 2016 to 2017, where she contributed to agile practices and team effectiveness.

Alicia Yanik worked as the Director of Delivery at Magpie Telecom Insiders from 2010 to 2012. Following this role, she served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Delivery at Levels Beyond / Reach Engine from 2013 to 2016 in Denver, CO. These positions allowed her to gain significant experience in delivery management and agile methodologies.
