A seasoned technology Leader in Digital transformation Consulting (GIS, AI, IoT), Cross-Domain Engineering Systems, Technology policy & 'ICT' Programs. An expert at applying first principles approach to solidify business strategy, end-to-end customer experience management and, designing self-evolving business processes/policies that are critical for business growth, value creation and “making it happen!” Turned around the AI consulting business and grew by 3x in two years as the ex-CEO of an Applied AI startup. Developed strategies to adopt AI (and GIS) in a business aligned, sustainable and cost effective manner, and worked closely with leaders in Telecom, BFSI and retail sectors. Always looking forward to growing my skills in corporate leadership, systems thinking and critical reasoning in different business areas, and, learning on the go towards making an impact. Closely involved in the startup ecosystem through TiE Mysuru; both as a panelist for evaluating deep-tech startups and as a mentor for startup founders (AI Product and Platforms, EdTech, Retail-Tech) on building sustainable business & revenue models, defining MVPs, scaling, organisational development, product engineering, road-mapping and fund-raising. Prior to this, in the 14 years of commissioned service in the Indian Navy in the Electrical, Electronics, Communication and IT cadre, I have gained immense professional and technical competence in the areas of System Engineering, RCA, Operations and Support, Budget Control, Partner/ Vendor Management, Internal Audit, Emerging Tech Advisory services, Technical Program Management (TPM), Staff work, Technical Writing, Facility & Product Life-cycle Management (PLM), and, Policy & Vision implementation. A yoga and wellness practitioner for 2 decades with a keen interest in therapy through yoga.
