About Parthasarathi Chakraborty
With over 20 years of experience in information security, I am a visionary leader, a chief security architect, seasoned information security executive and an adjunct professor at Northwestern University. As the head of enterprise security architecture, engineering, and innovation at Humana, I am responsible for the entire security spectrum of cloud and on-prem for the insurance and healthcare giant. Past experience includes JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Bank of Montreal and British Petroleum. My mission is to enable secure cloud migrations, identity, and application security transformations, and set up architecture, engineering, and innovation functions for Humana. I have delivered an average reduction of $10-12M in security operating budget by replacing expensive managed security services with home grown solutions, rationalizing overlapping stack, and developing in-house talent. I am also a highly sought after thought leader by several boards, councils, and electronic media houses, such as Forbes, The Economist, Google Cloud Advisory board and New Jersey Institute of Technology.
