About Colleen Graneto
I partner with people and companies to improve how their products are built. Energizing, confidence building, finding focus and clarity, attentive listening, empathetic, practical, and action oriented are words the people I work with use to describe our partnership. In my coaching and advising, I leverage everything I’ve learned in my 20 years of crafting product and business strategy and leading teams at Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and various smaller startups, plus building my own handmade jewelry business with artisans I met while living in Ecuador. I tend to work with heads of product at growth and scale companies who are building a team, a growth strategy, and their leadership skills all at the same time. I also create and lead custom workshops on product vision, strategy, metrics, and experimentation, and have done so with over 20 companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500s to startups, plus have had the honor of being part of over 10,000 product people’s journeys with UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, Digitale Leute, Product Academy, and General Assembly, doing a mix of curriculum creation, teaching, coaching and mentoring.
