William Rohrer

Senior Prospect Analyst @ University of California, Berkeley

About William Rohrer

I'm passionate about analyzing data, especially for budgetary and financial purposes, and I enjoy both implementing new systems and procedures and auditing those that already exist. As a Senior Prospect Analyst, I examine, synthesize, and manage data, ideas, and processes while engaging a variety of constituents. It's a wonderful job, one which encourages me to be creative and curious. I started my career in residential real estate, where I was involved in many phases of development, from filing documents with government agencies to creating pricing models, in addition to managing existing properties. I then worked at the Cal Alumni Association from 2007-2014, and in a management role starting in 2008. In my final position at the CAA, I was the head of the membership department, developing and managing an annual budget of $1.6 million in revenue and $1 million in expenses, while supervising and directing the staff. Prior to my current role I was a consultant at UC Berkeley, where I managed a portfolio of diverse projects to develop new revenue streams on campus. Other career highlights include cherry salesman, Geoduck farmer, Drum Major of the Cal Marching Band, and (current) ice hockey captain.
