Denny is a co-founder of YBC NYC. Young Business Club of New York City is an organization of young self-made entrepreneurs, start-up founders, business owners, and investors doing business in New York Greater Area. Denny’s passion is to network with bright entrepreneurs and to introduce them to each other. He focuses on peer-to-peer communication with people listed by Forbes U30, Fortune 40U40, and Forbes 400. Prior to founding YBC NYC, he managed the law firm and since 2020 he switched from the position of Managing to Senior Partner and took a seat on a Board of Directors to pay most of his attention to global business development. Every year, his law firm manages distressed assets and B2B debt portfolios of more than $150 million for corporations listed by the Fortune Global 500. He has already helped his clients to recoup more than $90 million through out-of-court proceedings. He has associated with more than 150 lawyers from all over the world in person. According to the results of the Ukrainian Legal Ranking, "The Legal Newspaper" named him among the TOP-100 BEST LAWYERS and the TOP-15 in the practices of Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Law and Foreign Economic Activity, Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring. He lead the company to get named amongst the TOP-50 BEST LAW FIRMS in Ukraine according to results of Ukrainian Legal Ranking "LEADERS OF THE MARKET 2019" by "The Legal Newspaper" published in 2020. The ranking of TOP-100 BEST LAW FIRMS also listed the firm in "Bronze League of Ukrainian Law Firms" according to the results of research by "The Legal Practice" made in 2019.
