About Sunita Gill

As a passionate advocate for luxury real estate and female empowerment, I’m the Founder & CEO of Singapore Luxury Homes, where I lead a dynamic team dedicated to redefining the luxury property market in Singapore. My journey in real estate began over 15 years ago, and it has been a remarkable adventure filled with learning, growth, and incredible achievements. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of transacting nearly $2 billion in sales revenue, achieving a 42% increase in sales growth year on year. These accomplishments are a testament to my commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the trust I’ve built with my clients. As a mother of two beautiful daughters, I understand the importance of financial literacy and empowerment for women. This drives my mission to educate and inspire women to invest in real estate as a means to secure their financial future. I’ve been fortunate to mentor many women, guiding them through the complexities of the property market and helping them achieve their investment goals. I’m a Certified Family Office Consultant, working with UHNW and HNW clients to provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions. I’m also a Mentor at 500 Startups, where I support budding entrepreneurs in realising their visions and scaling their businesses. I’m proud to have my expertise and insights featured in prestigious publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Channel NewsAsia, The Straits Times, and The Business Times. These platforms have allowed me to share my knowledge and advocate for innovative practices in real estate. As an author, I contribute to the conversation on financial empowerment and real estate through the book "Why Women Don’t Talk Money." In addition to my real estate ventures, I am a serial entrepreneur and investor in the femtech and proptech spaces. I believe in the power of technology to transform industries and improve lives, and I am committed to supporting startups that share this vision.
