Kirsten Romer is an Executive Coach and Facilitator, with a specialization in Women's Leadership. In addition, Kirsten designs and leads leadership forums/cohorts for universities such as the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, and organizations including All Raise, a non-profit dedicated to supporting female venture capitalists and founders. Prior to coaching, Kirsten held senior leadership roles in corporate and nonprofit organizations in marketing, strategic partnerships, and media relations. After 20 years of working and living in the heart of Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, Kirsten and her family relocated to Park City in 2018 to spend more time in the mountains with their two dogs, Felix and Milo.
